How to steam here
A sauna with an electric heater and abachi benches that stay cooler to the touch. The shower room has a cold-water bucket shower, and the lounge with loungers opens onto a terrace with a wooden plunge tub.
Very hot, dry air. Breathing is easy, but keep rounds shorter — 8 to 12 minutes.

Even at 95 °C dry heat is easier to bear than humid heat, so watch the clock rather than how you feel.
Pour water on the stones a little at a time: the heater is electric and the steam comes out sharp.
After the sauna, the bucket shower: pull the rope and twenty litres of cold water land on you.
